Yes! In addition, the BVA granted service connection for the additional issues the RO consistently denied. Those have never been rated. Hopefully the RO will do what is right and work the retro pay...

You mentioned "retiring" in 2006. If you retired from the military then your overall rating must be over 50% or else you won't qualify for backpay. Unless CRSC applies.
